A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 25 at the Veterans Hall in Rio Vista located at 610 Saint Francis Way in Rio Vista.The time is 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Howard was an original member of the Big Valley Seniors and was 90 years young. Our condolences go out to his family. He left a lasting impression on our league.
